This three-layer foam mattress helps prevent the formation of pressure ulcers. The top layer of high-resiliency foam allows the surface to mold to the patient's body, with the middle layer adding firmer support. The bottom layer provides proper orthopedic support and prevents any bottoming out. Nylex II cover is laminated for accidental stain and fluid resistance and the bottom is a heavy-gauge vinyl for slip-resistance. This foam is completely antimicrobial to help prevent nosocomial infections and eliminate odors. |
