The DeRoyal M.4 ACL Brace is an economical model designed to provide protection for patient's with moderate to severe knee ligament instabilities. It features a wide well cushioned frame that provides a 3 point pressure relief system for the knee joint. The malleable, Avional® aluminum frame is 30% more rigid than aluminum constructed models of the same weight. The M.4 ACL brace is very lightweight weighing a mere 19 ounces, and has a patented Physioglide hinge that reduces slippage down the leg.  The mechanical movement of the Physioglide mechanism closely matches the natural roll and glide movement of the knee to create an ACL brace that stays in place. All the straps are numbered to aid in the proper strapping sequence for the product.
