If you are not totally satisfied with your item (s) upon arrival or you notice a defect or if the product was damaged during transit, please contact us first, to make arrangements to authorize a return on any items. Any items being returned, must be in their original box in the same condition (brand new) as they were upon being shipped out. Buyer may be responsible for returned shipping fees on certain items, and may be charged a 10-15% restock fee on specific medical equipment (power wheelchairs, scooters, lifts, lift chairs, beds, etc.) that are returned.
Please DO NOT damage the box until you have had a chance to look over the item (s), and are 100% satisfied with your purchase! All the original paperwork, receipts, invoices, and any warranty papers must be included.
Items must be returned within 21 days upon receiving shipment. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, or your money back!
